Myofascial Release (MFR)

Myofascial Release is a specialized soft tissue technique that targets the fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, nerves, and organs. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can cause pain, limit movement, and affect posture.
MFR uses gentle, sustained pressure to release these restrictions, restore mobility, and reduce pain. Unlike a massage, MFR focuses on deep, slow release rather than surface-level pressure. It can be used alongside spinal adjustment and joint mobilization to enhance results.
