Myofascial Release (MFR)

Myofascial Release is a specialized soft tissue technique that targets the fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, nerves, and organs. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can cause pain, limit movement, and affect posture.
MFR uses gentle, sustained pressure to release these restrictions, restore mobility, and reduce pain. Unlike a massage, MFR focuses on deep, slow release rather than surface-level pressure. It can be used alongside spinal adjustment and joint mobilization to enhance results.

What Customers Say About Us
Dr. Gebhart is a top-notch chiropractor. I’ve been seeing him for years. He is the kind of person who makes you feel important, and what you say really matters. Kind, compassionate, and gentle are three words that easily come to mind when I see him. I am a dental hygienist, and my job keeps me hunched over for eight hours. My neck and back usually always bother me in some way.(depending on how difficult the patient is usually, is how more I will strain) I come to him broken, and he makes me well again! I will always be grateful for this kind chiropractor!
I have been seeing Dr. Gebhart for 10 years. Excellent doctor, great bedside manner. Just a wonderful touch with adjustments. He sees my 12-year-old son and has seen my daughter in the past years. My brother has had a great experience with him, too. I refer everyone to him. I almost don't want to give a good review for fear that too many people will make his wait time longer!!!
He's really good, I've been to A LOT of chiropractors around the country and Dr. Gebhart knows his stuff. Sometimes I have to wait, but he is worth it!
